MUST

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field
• Solid understanding of machine learning, statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Demonstrable history of devising and overseeing data-centered projects.
• Strong project management and delivery experience, including project planning, budget oversight and staffing of project teams including time management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, capacity to foster a healthy, stimulating work environment that frequently harnesses teamwork.

WANT

• Be familiar with AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, TensorFlow, R, Python
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Proven experience in business development and delivery of AI, Data Science, Deep Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Blockchain
• Strong oral and written communication skills, and experience with selling to C-level executives and other business development activities

【Senior】

MUST

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field
• Extensive experience in data mining, statistical analysis and machine learning
• Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
• Excellent coding experience with programming languages such as Python/R/Solidity
• Outstanding supervision and mentorship abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

WANT

• Doctor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field with outstanding research output
• Experience in conceiving, planning and prioritizing data projects
• Previous experience mentoring, training and developing junior members of the team; experience in employee performance reviews
• Knowledge in Blockchain technology, encryption, or distributed peer-to-peer systems
• Business level. English & Japanese. Ability to coordinate/collaborate with teams & stakeholders in multiple geographies

【Staff】

MUST

• Proficient in writing algorithms, creating machine learning models
• Expertise in solving business problems using ML/NLP/Text analytics solutions
• Knowledge of Deep Neural Networks and hands-on experience of frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, Chainer, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with iterative, test-driven development.
• Experience with configuration management (SVN, GIT, ant, maven, etc.).
• Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation.

WANT

• Excellent understanding of statistics, multivariable calculus and linear algebra.
• Experience in using data visualization tools, data querying languages, and statistical or mathematical software, such as Alteryx or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data science and machine learning services and APIs (e.g. Microsoft Azure, SAP)
• Experience in developing Blockchain, Chatbot, OCR, and RPA solutions
• Strong coding experience preferably in Python, R or Solidity
